All goods are shipped in appropriate packaging via first class Royal Mail.  

ACCIDENTS DO HAPPEN. We ship a whole lot of stock. 99% of the time it arrives just fine. But please note, regular mail is not insured and does not have tracking numbers. If you wish to insure your package then please contact us – we can not be held responsible for damages in the post.

Orders over the value of £70.00 automatically qualify for a free upgrade to insured and tracked delivery.

Also, be sure to double check your shipping address, we can not be held responsible for posting to a delivery address other than that stated in your Paypal account or at the time of ordering.

International shipping

We are happy to ship to just about anywhere. However, the only affordable option for international shipping is First Class International Mail, via Royal Mail. This service does not come with tracking numbers, or any sort of guarantee. Sometimes things get lost, destroyed, or retained at customs. We will not replace international orders that do not arrive safely. We are happy to provide proof that the order was shipped. But once Royal Mail has your package it is out of our control.

Additionally, we are not responsible for foreign customs fees, nor the hold of items in customs.
